Happy New Year!
If this past year has left you feeling too overwhelmed, you crave to release the past and step forward into 2021 with JOY, join us for this unique workshop.
You will be led through a session of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping to release limiting beliefs and step into positive affirmations. EFT helps to relax the sympathetic nervous system and break down old beliefs in the subconscious mind. We will journal about 2020 and bring clarity about what you want to manifest in 2021.
Next, you’ll be guided through a yoga Nidra practice, to take these new intentions deep into your inner core. Yoga Nidra is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions.
What you’ll need for this Zoom session:
* a comfortable seat and somewhere to stretch out for the Nidra
* a journal and pen
* a mug of something delicious to drink
* a blanket to stay cozy for the Nidra
* an open mind and heart
The session will be recorded and emailed to you afterwards.
