Walking The Medicine Wheel – Jan 26

brentst

Date: January 26, 2017
Time: 12:00 am - 12:00 am
Location: Totem Hall
Wellness Workshop

Presented by Heather Royal

Join the circle! We invite you to experience an introduction of how the Medicine Wheel, an ancient tool, is used to create sacred space, bring in vision and manifest change.

Engage in building a medicine wheel in community and learn how to incorporate these teachings to create your own personal medicine wheel.

In this workshop you will gain insight into the sacred teachings of Earth Based Wisdom and ways to assist your own path towards physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance and enlightment.

The teachings of the medicine wheel offers a map to open us up to self awareness; pointing like a compass towards both our strengths and to what needs healing/transforming. We are the authors of our life. As we strengthen our relationship to ourselves, to nature and to others we learn to take responsibility for our lives and live in a co-creative, harmonious and authentic relationship with all beings.

Collaboration in action! Tantalus Wellspring Society is thrilled to be able to offer “Walking the Medicine Wheel” workshop for a third time. Our ability to offer this workshop truly reflects community collaboration, as it is due to the support of Squamish Savings, the generosity of Heather Royal and the Squamish Nation that we are able support the sharing of traditional knowledge and wisdom that contributes to the wellbeing of all community members. It is through these relationships that our community flourishes.
